Currently the only insurance we are accepting is Tricare

• Family members of Active Duty Service Members with Tricare Select can receive an eye exam once every 12 months WITHOUT a referral

• Family members of Active Duty Service Members with Tricare Prime can receive an eye exam once every 12 months WITHOUT a referral

• Military Retirees and their family members with Tricare Prime or Tricare Select can receive an eye exam once every 24 months WITHOUT a referral

• Active Duty Service Members can receive an eye exam WITH a Tricare Prime referral

• Tricare does not cover contact lens fittings, eyeglasses, or contact lenses. The cost of a contact lens exam with Tricare would be $90
